This multi-faceted, multi-level project provides a perfect view of the water, with the intention of the gently-curved cable rails being to mimic the stern of a yacht.
The upper deck is for dining and expands the entertainment area of the house. Six steps down is the ping-pong deck. From there, a walkway leads to the front, or alternately, steps lead to the water observation deck before four more steps lead to the docks.
A perfect yard for entertaining with easy access to all areas was enclosed within a horizontal 1 x 4 ipe fence.
